Here’s how it works:

  • Sign up today to reserve your spot in the April Challenge
  • You will receive a welcome email to create a username/password to access the platform.
  • If you have trained with us before, you will not receive another welcome email. You will use your current username/password to access. 
  • By April 5th you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out for your meal plan, based on your goals. Your meal plan will be sent to you within 48-72 hours of completed questionnaire.
  • Platform will open on Sunday April 18th with the challenge officially starting on Monday April 19th!
  • Once the platform opens, you will be able to view all sections of the challenge and Weeks 1 – 2 exercises. Weeks 3 – 4 will be available at the halfway point. This is to be sure we all stick together! 
  • Send in BEFORE pictures when the challenge starts and AFTER when the challenge is over for your chance to win prizes!
