10 Day Total Body Holiday Guide (English)
THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS HERE!
Don’t fall into the common misconception of “I’ll just start fresh in the New Year.”
Since the holidays can be hectic, I’ve created a 10-Day Total Body Holiday Guide that will help you make healthy choices and stay on-track through the holiday season.
This is NOT one of my typical challenges. Here are some things you need to know before you get started:
- With each purchase you get immediate access to all workouts & content
- All content is holiday focused to help get you through the holiday season.
- This is not a Challenge: there is no official “start date”, no prizes are awarded and you do not need to submit before/after photos. This program is structured to be completed on your schedule and provide flexibility during the holiday season.
- Each workout is about 30-35 minutes and the idea is to train intensely for the entire session. This guide is for you to decide what works for you!
- To help keep costs low during the holidays, there is no meal plan included but the content included can help you make healthy choices during the holidays.
